Amenities
All areas are fully maintained by us for your use, including a welcoming reception area and fully equipped kitchen. These are at no additional costs to you. You pay only for the office space that you use.

Free small conference room space is available to reserve by the hour or by the day. For larger groups, there is a building meeting room available to community residents for a low fee.

Facilities Management
We take care of and pay all your utility bills, including electricity, water, heating and air conditioning. Security, cleaning, and maintenance are included. You get one simple bill each month for your usage.
